LEAP provides academic support, social enrichment, and leadership development to more than 1,700 youth each year. Using our unique mentoring model, LEAP empowers high school and college students, giving them the training, education, and resources they need to work as counselors for younger children. With their counselors’ support, these children engage in literacy activities and learn to swim, code, camp, dance, garden, and much more — all free of charge.
